In my three years of ownership, plaza has always made the best effort to correct a problem. Their staff is always there too assist and get to the crux of the situation. Car is always availabe when promised.

I had an issue where the "Vehicle Lights Malfunction" light was on. I scheduled a dropoff time. My interaction was with the entire service team (especially Ricky). He understood my concerns and addressed in a way that gave me a lot of relief. The issue was resolved. The same light popped up again in 2 weeks, and I have dropped my car. I will send an updated review after the new visit as well.

I stated when I wanted service and it was done. Dropping off the car took 15 minutes including getting the loaner. When I picked the car up I was in and out in 10 minutes.

My Boxster needed a complete brake job and new tires. Caressa did an awesome job assisting me with getting the work done, especially with my busy travel schedule. Tech work was excellent!

I worked with Marc Silvey when he was working in Range Rover service for Plaza. I was happy to see that he is working in Audi service for Plaza now. Marc makes sure that your car is serviced and washed and waiting for pick-up prior to your scheduled pick-up time.

We had visited another dealership that showed us 2 A4 , but not equipped with accessories that we wanted on our vehicle. We contacted Whitney online with our requirements and she promptly set up an appointment. Plaza had exactly what we wanted , worked with us on price as much as possible. The entire buying experience was painless and simple. Whitney went over all operations with us to make our transition to the new vehicle. My only problem is when I noticed a scratched rim. Service promptly fixed the scratches. I would highly recommend Plaza Audi..

Ricky, Jeff, and the folks at Plaza Motors went above and beyond what I have seen any dealer do for a client. In all my years of working with different brands and dealers, I have never been so impressed with how dedicated these guys are to customer satisfaction. I also purchased the vehicle I serviced from them, and their sales people are knowledgeable, super friendly. I would purchase a used vehicle from Plaza without a moment's hesitation, knowing that they would do anything in their power to keep a client happy.

This is only the second time in my life that I bought a car from a dealer ( all others I bought privat ) I am a difficult customer in regards of price and the usual tactics so oftenr used by regular car dealers. This horsetrading stuff turns me off so bad that I have been know to walk away when just another hidden cost appeared during the buyin process. What a difference at Plaza Porsche, Jeff did an outstanding job and it was a pleasure to go through the rituals and tribulations of buying a used Porsche. Well done Plaza indeed. I also usually take the numberplate holders stamped with the dealer name off the car immedeately ( after all I dont get paid to run advertising) but in this case due to Jeffs outstanding friendly and professional service I will keep them on the car.
