She worked it in quickly and I was on my way. I ran into Ricco, who sold me the car a couple of months ago and he remembered me, made sure I had something to drink and was comfortable while I waited. The Sales and Service experience at Plaza Audi is exceptional. I recommend them any time I get the chance.
The people at Plaza that I deal with are great, including Caressa at the front and Chad the mechanic. I recently had a $200 part replaced and the labor was almost $3000. I guess that's what I get for buying a Porsche, but when I got home I found an email that offered 10% off on service. Too late for me, but it makes me feel bad that they don't just charge a more reasonable service fee rather than offering discounts to those who check their email on time.
I have to say that I am impressed by how friendly this dealer is. I worked with Larry who was really helpful in every step of the of the process. I was interested in Audi S4 and he was helpful to locate the right car for me. I did most of the negotiation with Larry by emails. It took me by far less emails back and forth compared to other dealers near by to get the details that I wanted. Larry went above and beyond what I have seen in any other dealer. He responded quickly to my emails with direct answers. I have dealt also with Fred who worked hard to get my application approved. It was not an easy task but Fred got the job done! Overall I had a pleasant experience with Plaza Audi and if my next car would be anAudi, it is definitely will be from here!

In my three years of ownership, plaza has always made the best effort to correct a problem. Their staff is always there too assist and get to the crux of the situation. Car is always availabe when promised.
I had an issue where the "Vehicle Lights Malfunction" light was on. I scheduled a dropoff time. My interaction was with the entire service team (especially Ricky). He understood my concerns and addressed in a way that gave me a lot of relief. The issue was resolved.
The same light popped up again in 2 weeks, and I have dropped my car. I will send an updated review after the new visit as well.
